KFC

Usually service is pretty good, this time not so much. I ordered 6 wings with mashed potatoes/gravy and cole slaw and I was told it would take 15mins and a receipt would be in my bag. Fifteen minutes later a young lady came out with my order and I said did it come with a biscuit, she said no, I asked could I get a biscuit and she went back in to check. In the meantime I checked the order and there was no cole slaw or potatoes and gravy. She (the young lady) came back out and said her manager told her, in order for me to get a biscuit I had to go back through the drive thru to order one. I mentioned that the side items I ordered were not in the bag and I went over the order and she went back inside. A few minutes later she came back out, without my side items and asked if I ordered a pot pie, I said no and repeated my order again (all this time I was talking very calmly no yelling) she went back inside and a few minutes later she finally came out with my side items said sorry about the

This KFC location is not up to par with KFC standards. I went through the drive thru today, ordered a 3 piece combo specifically with fries. The service was pretty fast but no 'thank you' for your order what-so-ever. I got home ready to eat my chicken only to find that I had no fries but mash potatoes and gravy instead. There were three pieces of chicken, exactly two thighs and a drumstick that evidently had been under the heat light for sometime. The food was not fresh and the chicken tasted like a cardboard carton. I would have thought that they could have included a piece of breast meat. I didn't even finish the first piece of chicken and ended up throwing the entire meal away. Normally, I would have taken the chicken meat off the bone and given it to my dogs but honestly, I didn't even want to subject my dogs to such a sorry meal. This is the third time I have patronized this location and each time has been a disappointment. This time I felt compelled to at least voice my

At 6:15 pm when I tried to order at the drive through, they told me they were doing a shift change and that I wouldn’t be allowed to order for another 20 minutes. Really terrible management If they have to make customers wait that long to order at a fast food restaurant. The restaurant closes at 10pm and they’re doing a shift change 4 hours before closing? Makes no sense.
