Went to this establishment on Sunday, 8/27/23 in the evening around 8ish . The teenager/young adult at the drive thru window was rude, had a dry tone and seemed annoyed. She needs customers service training. I'm not sure if it was close to closing time, she was having a bad evening or what the case was but her unpleasant attitude and unprofessional demeanor needs improvement moving forward.

The food ordering by speaker was a comedy of errors. I finally received the food I ordered, but the three piece meal had all dark meat. No breasts or thighs were included. For the price I wasn't impressed. Food : 2/5 | Service : 2/5 … More

I placed an order online and when I get to the store they don’t have any of the stuff that I ordered. No pot pies and this store didn’t sell the combo they advertise on the site. Then on top of the fact they gave me no food I still got charged and it’s more difficult to get my money back than it’s worth.
