Had to come back to return an order. Chicken was Burned, was missing 2 extra sides that I had paid for. As soon as I came in en employee by the name of Louis (when i walked in he was jocking around with his teammate) as soon as he saw me bring the order he crossed his arms in front of him and was giving me an attitude and dirty looks. The manager, a decent man, came to the front and tried to stopped him from bickering at me but he wouldn't shut up and kept being rude. The mgr ended up refunding my money but I had stopped ordering from this store because the quality of the food is awful!! Never ever, ordering from them again

This is the ghettoest kfc around! If you buy from here make sure to try your food before you go if it’s drive thru! I always give them the beneffit of the doubt because it’s the closest Kfc to me but this happens all the time either old hard stiff fries, rotthen mac and cheese etc! Chicken always seems to be fine
