Absolutely terrible service. They were so rude to us when we asked for our drinks because they didn’t hand it to us. They screamed at us saying it wasn’t their job and called us rude
Chicken sandwiches have been extremely dry the last month or so. So dry that they are chewy. It's pretty gross, especially since you're known for good chicken. Plus, you never add pickles to your sandwiches anymore. We've gone twice and they didn't have any. I have to ask for extra pickles to get 3 of them. Disappointed and won't be returning.
Burnt chicken. Missing items. Made us wait 20 minutes for biscuits without telling us why we were waiting. Staff mocking us when we went back to get missing items. This place is trash and should be shut down. They have mobile ordering and delivery drivers but most the time their lobby is closed and it tell people to come inside and get their deliveries.
