KFC

Really horrible experience, it was our first time here, we ordered a 10 piece feast. We were given 8 pieces of chicken, no cookies, and when we tried to replace sides, the employee only allowed us to change 1 of them. When we got to the front and paid we asked the employee for 3 types of sauces and in the middle of my husband saying the first one, the employee shut the window in his face. She gave us the wrong sauce, and then after my husband tried to repeat hisself, she again shut the window and proceeded to hand us only one of the sauces we asked for.

We went through the drive through and the person taking our order was either fried or a child it was hard to tell, which makes it even more sad. Nothing was ready and the person gave us the option to come inside and look at the menu when we were already looking at the menu outside in the drove through. It's crazzzyyyy that this place is still open due to the fact that everyone in the transaction is confused. Whether it be a costumer or an employee. We laughed gave up and left. We rather wait in line at popeyes across the way cause at least there we will get some food. This KFC sign outside the restaurant said "fried" for the longest time and i can see it meant the employees and not the food. ????

Food was okay but the the drive through service was very slow. 1230 on a weekday and only a few cars. Don't know what it was like inside. Was shocked to learn that they had no fries.
