The last 2 times I have been to this location have been very disappointing.. Went through the drive through and had to wait(AT THE WINDOW for 30 minutes no other cars in line) because they didn't have any chicken ready to go?? The chicken was ok BUT not as good is KFC should be. The 2nd time I ordered online for delivery and when the chicken arrived the chicken wasn't fully cooked and we ended up throwing it out. Will not try a 3rd time not when there are other fried chicken places nearby. This place needs the manager/owner to step up and inspect the place, periodically taste the food, and retrain employees. I also think corporate should send an inspection team there to periodically go through the drive in and to eat there un-announced to ensure quality.
Service here is primitive. Those who serve hardly give customers what they actually want. Wait time is long and they don't tell customers the truth. Service at this point needs to be upgraded. Parking: Parking too small
