I was there approximately 6pm for the dinner crowd. There were maybe 5 cars in front of me, I waited a about 15-20 minutes, the food was fresh and hot, customer service about a 7 out 10????. I was not pleased with $2.50 up charge to dip my strips in BBQ sauce, next time I'll just ask for the to-go packets.
Mobile order. Chicken was fine but no sauce, no fork (mashed potatoes). Biscuit was inedible—super dry, like a rock, seriously. Looped back inside to pick up sauce and cashier seemed high—literally. Didn’t acknowledge customers and then slid around sloooowly like she was on something. Sad, honestly. Yeesh.
Been standing here for 15 minutes no one has said a word to me since coming in. Service is trash. Not even a hey how you doing. Two employees looked me and my eyes and just kept walking. I’m at the Register still waiting
