I had 3 bad experiences in one week 1st waited in drive through when I finally got to front I would have had to wait 15 min before they could take another order. So I went to different locations they were out of white meat . Was still craving some.original recipe so I went another day same week & ask for a mix of extra crispy & original recipe & they gave me all extra crispy . Will be awhile before I go back.

This place is so nasty and the food.is just trash..even when you ask for hot fresh items you still get what was under the heating lamp. Do not come.here. when you have to ask for napkins come on. This particular one is always subpar in service and the quality of food. They.spend more time in the parking lot than attending to cooking good fresh food.for the customers. DO. NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE..YOU WILL NOT BE HAPPY

I went inside to order, and I stood at the counter while employees walked right past me. I tried to order a famous bowl meal, and he kept saying I had to pick fries OR a drink, so I said fries and a asked for a drink with my second famous bowl. I started walking away with my cup and he then argued with me that he said drink and fries come with the meal even though I know he asked me to choose one. Usually I hate leaving bad reviews, but that combined with letting the line pile up three groups behind me was very frustrating.
