KFC

This is the first time I have tried their chicken since discovering all my allergies. I had to order small but it was delicious.

All fast food seems to be circling the drain lately. Lobbys closed regardless of the time of day. We "pre-ordered" a standard 12 piece meal for our family of 4. Lobby was closed and drive thru was wrapping around the building moving at a snails pace. 12 minutes after sitting in the drive thru waiting for others to order their food (called while in line. Was told they could not open lobby and we were to wait in the drive thru), the bag was handed to us that was clearly ready the entire time. Employees were staring at their phones and no wonder it was taking so long. The food did not resemble any KFC I had ever eaten. Batter was inconsistent and over cooked. Biscuits were extremely old. What is the point? I can get better service and food from a gas station fried chicken. No thanks. If this is the future of KFC, save yourself the embarrassment and just close stores now.

I mean, it's KFC. However, the staff at our KFC is wonderful! Always so friendly and helpful, and always treat us well! They are the reason we keep going back!
