They don't even deserve a 1 star. When I had called in my order and confirmed my order they person said not a problem. Went to gonpick up the food and triple checked my order paid for it and went to the parking lot to checked the order myself and the order was wrong. I had ordered rotisserie chicken and all they gave me was original and extra crispy. They didn't know what rotisserie chicken was because they all thought the original chicken was rotisserie. Got my money back and went elsewhere.

Horrible customer service, even from the older woman who is the manger. Don’t recommend coming here, don’t waste your time. They close hour and half before they’re supposed too

Very disappointed! I ordered an 8 piece meal and paid $27. When I got home, I found there was only 7 "pieces" in the bucket. Three of them were so small that if you put them together it would barely make 1 decent-sized piece. ????‍♀️ The 1st pic shows the 3 I'm referring to. I'm holding the wing, on the left is the bone from the one and only leg. In the bucket, which I'd eaten before I realized the shortage, and I don't even know what that 3rd piece was supposed to be. I included pics showing my hand/finger for perspective. Now, I don't have small hands, but I'm also not a giant. In all fairness, I eat at this KFC all the time and they're usually pretty good, but they totally missed the mark this time. The quality wasn't bad, but I still didn't get what I paid for. Plus, I haven't yet given them an opportunity to make it right, but I really shouldn't have to... right? ????‍♀️
