The worst! It was 6:30pm on a Friday and we were standing at the counter to order food for at least 5 minutes, not acknowledged until finally someone said they were only doing drive thru orders. Really? Poor customer service. Me and the other people left and didn't do drive thru. Put a sign on the door or let people know. If you live in the community and don't have a car, they don't want your business.
AMAZING. Best KFC experience I’ve ever had… Fast, friendly, accurate service. Food was delicious and they even included napkins, sauces, and sporks. Literally every other KCF has failed to do these simple things. The one on Bel Air rd had a hour wait for mac&cheese today.. LOL, so I drove here and was so surprised to see a well maintained and efficient KFC. I’m seriously so surprised, y’all have no Idea how many horror stories I have with other KFCs. Pick this one!
I went through the drive-thru. My meal was nearly cold. In addition to being almost cold, My 2 chicken bites were also hard around the edges as if they had been overcooked hours ago. Management at this location has been poor for over 10 years in general.
