Keep it Rollin' Sushi Bar

This is seriously the best freaking sushi we have EVER HAD!! The staff are friendly, chatty, and *actually carry on a decent conversation where you feel like you spoke with a real human being* and they give you eye contact when they speak with you. This was the first time we ordered. We expected good sushi but we did not get what we expected. Instead we discovered that these are the poké bowls we never knew we needed. We didn't get unmotivated-overpaid fast food employee sushi; we got sushi made by an artist who's passionate about the food they make. PSA the wasabi is a nuclear weapon. It melted my wife's face off and her face is permanently red and teary. She looks like Salvatore Dali and Picasso paintings now...her eyes melted down to her chin. We will be back soon!

Lovely inclusive staff and a quaint little shop, but their array of sushi is very strange, and they don’t even use sushi rice, or season it properly! The rolls we ordered weren’t bad, but I wouldn’t put the sushi among some of the best in Rochester like their website proudly proclaims.

**edit** I just HAVE to show you how amazing this Crazy Chicken Trasher is!!! So delicious!!! ???? By far THE BEST sushi you will ever have!! Between the two owners, they have well over 40+ years of experience, and they're really incredible at their craft. Seriously, if you're in the mood for amazing sushi, you HAVE to go here!!!
