KeBURROS National City

Terrible service, I went there because I was really looking forward to try the new burrito place however service was very ???? bad they took forever to help me I order the OG had no Avocado on it , they give you ketchup which am not sure why it's gross and worse part is I ended up with terrible stomach ache something was definitely rotten I took pain killer but had to message my Doc. Since it didn't go away. This is my first time reviewing a place I usually don't but honestly this time I thought I had to since I will probably need antibiotics for food poisoning or something ???? very disappointing never going there again for sure!!! The rest ended in a trash can ....

Went in on Sat 2/5 was greeted and taken care of from what I presume to be the owner. He was great and gave a run down of the restaurant and the menu and gave us some great advice on what to order. We hope the staff continues to follow in that great customer service. The food itself is very good and you get a great burrito that wont disappoint for a good price, the burritos come in Regular or Large I had the regular Keburro Bacon wrapped, it was very delicious and it was big and filling. Cant wait to come back and try more burritos and the updated Menu thank you and I wish you great success.

We went in cause we saw the hype in IG and were hoping to find a new spot. The place is new and very clean. The gentleman that greeted us was very nice and friendly. We ordered the California without tomatoes to go. The order took over 25 min to receive and they weren't even busy. The man at the front started offering sodas for the long wait, and that's so nice.... but I'm on a time limit????‍♀️ So we finally get the burrito and leave. We get to our office to eat and 1.the meat was super bland and 2.there were tomatoes in the burrito. Waited half an hour for a burrito my husband can't eat. Then we get to the sauces. The creamy ones are good but they give you one of each filled to only half the little container, and the red sauce tasted like ketchup so went straight to the teash. Unfortunately this place did not live up to the expectations and we will not be going back ☹️ Features: None.
