It's awesome to have a new fine dining spot that's not all the way in downtown Austin. Be warned, you'll also pay downtown prices. Everything was fresh and unique (scratch made) which is a nice change from all the chain restaurants in Cedar Park. Food and drinks were pretty good. Experience could use some improvement. We started off with an interesting take on boudin balls and an assortment of east coast oysters with delicious homemade cocktail sauce that had a punch of horseradish. I ordered the crab fettuccine for my entree. The sauce was tasty, but the noodles were not really for me. They were pretty al dente and didn't soak up the sauce very well. Not bad, but want better for the price. They had some fun cocktails with fresh ingredients mine kumquats, watermelon, and coconut. We ended with beignets; light and serviced with seasonal jam. Really interesting restaurant. If I could, I would give them 4.5 stars. Appetizers pretty good, $12 for 3 oysters not bad, but if they can switch to bigger oysters that would be great. Boudin Balls are the best appetizer in the menu. It’s flavorful, salt and spices balanced really well. Everyone should try it out. The main courses we had halibut and snapper. Looks nice, but halibut it’s kinda plain. My snapper itself taste great, oysters mushroom with fish it’s great match . It will be nice if green sauce will little bit thicker, asparagus kinda ruined whole dish, it was minty and weird. The best part, it’s dessert. Specially the Bananas Foster Bread Pudding, the bread pudding parts really flavorful, when the ice cream with the caramel sauce and pudding melted in your mouth, it’s amazing!

Fantastic, upscale food in Cedar Park. Cocktails, seafood, and sides were all great. As someone who makes a lot of grits and cornbread, both of their takes on them were worth the ride over. Only con is it was a bit pricey (15$ for a cocktail? What is this Vegas?)
