Pleasantly surprised by this place. First time for us. Did takeout for three. I love sea bass and ordered the dinner with rice, a small salad, some pita and the fish. The portion was more than I expected for the price. Two pieces of fish each about 3/4" thick and perfectly grilled. A little crunchy with the skin on one side and moist inside. It was very fresh. Wife had beef that came in a wrap that she really liked and son had the Kali Fest that included skewered chicken, beef skewer and some sliced lamb with potatoes and salad. He liked the chicken and lamb but wasn't crazy about the beef. It was a spice thing for him. We all agreed that we'd order from there again and I would absolutely order the sea bass in a heartbeat. One minor detail. The salad was described as including cucumbers, tomatoes, onion and kalamata olives. It was mostly tomato and hardly any cucumber or olives. The cherry tree were ripe and sweet. Not a big deal but thought I'd mention it.
Very solid Greek option for those needing something to hold them over before their next Souvla meal in SF. Chicken salad was good and my girlfriend loves the zucchini fritters in the vegetarian salad.
My go to work lunch place. Healthy and yummy. Their meats are grilled/stewed to perfection. Tender and juicy.
