Love Kalaveras. Club scene meets dining. Bring the entire family. Food is tasty and the ambiance is great. For your birthday, they have this (4) hard liquor celebration they do with amazing props and sounds. Ask about it! Just careful with the Bad Bunny videos in the TV screens. Just cover the kids eyes and they'll be ok.
3 Star Review only because our server was great. Kalaveras is a good place for an occasional night out without the drive. Food is good, drinks can also be good. Their serving portions are generous. We have been 3 or 4 times now, I'm not sure if I had not noticed before but this last visit I was charged an 18% Service Fee! After the service fee and tip, we were well over $400 for 3 individuals. That 18% Service Fee is seriously outrageous for a place like this, we liked it here however with an 18% service fee, there are several other options only a few minutes away. Parking: Worst parking situation, if you care about your car you must park across the way on the other side of the parking lot.
Ambiance was fun! Servers were super friendly! And the music is great! The lighting is really cool. The prices are a bit high but the food did deliver. I think previous reviews about loud music do not make sense as there are so many clear indicators that this is a cantina and not a Mimi’s Cafe. Great date spot!
