Kahuna Bar & Grill

Very… fine. The mango salsa on the fish tacos was the best part, but the fish itself was so drowned it sauce, we couldn’t taste it. We got the wrong food and it took forever despite being some of the only people in here. The chips and “queso” was straight out of a Tostitos jar. Not to mention how hard and expensive parking was to get here— not bad just honestly not at all worth it.

Ok, so I decided to check this place out to try their acclaimed ????'s.. The business is more like a locals bar joint then anything else. They have a small outside seating area. Now, I thought the tacos where really good. Got some tater tots as an optional side. I unfortunately had to remove 2 stars due to the full blown lack of enforcement for the use of a mask to avoid the spread of a certain virus that's still causing havoc here in South Florida. While they clearly post the required use of a mask on a sign by the entrance; not one patron nor the bartender where wearing one. Needless to say, I decided to quickly place my order with the bartender and waited outside the establishment to take my food elsewhere to eat.????????????

Sunday Girl's Night Out included a stop at Kahuna searching for live music to dance the night away. No live music, but music was playing. Awesome surfboard decor with a beach vibe. I was the designated driver but my friends enjoyed Jello shots and drinks. The place was half full with a very chill crowd enjoying the August evening.
