Kabuto Japanese House of Steak

When I arrived I thought this establishment was out of business due to the upkeep of the parking lot. Once you get past the weeds and branches, you’re greeted by “oh this is cute, I see what you’re going for.” The waiting area was beautifully decorated. The Koi were doing their thing and the kids loved them. I even enjoyed the scene on the ceiling. The sushi bar wasn’t available when I was there (Sunday 1pm). It’s your typical hibachi spot. The show was for the kids and it was ok. Great food. Great customer service. Will I return? Eh. I’m good.

When we got there right at 3 we were greeted by the manager informing us we normally need a reservation but just this one time they will let us eat there. We sit down and our drinks get ordered. When the waitress comes back I let her know we are ready to order, she informs is we have to wait until the whole grill is sat until we can order. 30 minutes later a second family sits next to us and we are finally able to order our food. On the plus side the food was great and the chef was awesome. To sum it up the only good thing about this place is it's food, but hibachi is hibachi. I'd recommend any other place instead of this one.

Went out for my daughter's planned birthday. Arrived with our party and went and checked in, no reservation even though the hostess didn't check anything. I asked my daughter what name she used and we checked that. They still didn't look. She made reservations a month in advance for a nice size party. My husband spoke with the host and I couldn't hear what was being said, but apparently we got a reservation. We were seated after 20-30 minutes. Our party was separated into 2 separate tables. The 1st table was being served drinks, salad and soup and we didn't even get asked for our drink orders. The other tables chef was incredible! He did all the tricks and kept everyone's attention even the table that hadn't been served. By the time we got a chef the first table was starting to eat. My daughter was upset about the food. The rice was crunchy and the shrimp were chewy. The host, and chef for our table was very disrespectful and we asked for the bill. The basically took the plates away a
