K- ROK Korean BBQ and Karaoke

Experience here was just mediocre. Atmosphere/space felt cramped. The food was just OK (especially for the price). Rice was over cooked and the portion size was small. Most of the staff was friendly but, the service was poor (it took almost an hour to get our drink order of CANNED beverages and in-turn that meant they didn’t take our food order until after an hour of being there.) I don’t know that I would ever go back for the food. The karaoke rooms were fun; however, song selection is not as extensive as you would hope when paying to do karaoke. Overall - they need improvements with every aspect of the business. One-time there was enough for me to say I wouldn’t spend the money to go back.

Really nice place tucked away in the downtown area. The staff are great and the food is good as well. My only issue is the menu. It would be SUPER helpful if the items on the menu had a short description of what it is ( and what's in each dish ). For a first time visitor like myself it was intimidating and I took longer to order because I have a fish allergy. But over all the server I had was extremely helpful and took the time to ask the chefs what was in a certain dish I wanted to order (Kimchi Ramen). AWESOME service, ???? I will definitely learn some Korean so I can come back and be more well prepared.

Rented a room for my bday, incredibly fun!! Great food and service. The controller for the karaoke machine has a Club Mode button, which I recommend pressing whenever your guests least expect it. Had a great time.
