JZ Fish & Wings - Lauderhill

Only one side the fish had meat in it. Mind you this is not fried Tilapia . This is supposed to be catfish. This my frist time trying. I was vey disappoint. :( was looking forward for a good meal

Third time is a charm, better service, you get another star. Good work this time. 7/19/2022 This is my second time eating at this establishment. The food is okay to Good, but what restaurant owners need to understand is the person that takes your order should be professional and courteous. If you come off abrupt it seems like you do not have manors, thus you come off impolite and rude. In order to get customers that come back to your restaurant you need to cater to them. Part of having a restaurant is having a professional attitude and good customer service goes a long way. Having good customer service is the difference between a four-star review versus this 3-star review. If I go back to this place, and if the service gets better, I will update my review.

They lie and say they selling grouper but in truth it’s tilapia several plates bought at grouper prices when I asked about what they are actually selling in place of the grouper at 19.00 they advised when you buy grouper that’s what you get.. The manager wouldn’t even speak to me, Terrible customer service provided when I made a complaint. While spending more money today and my concerns ignored I requested a refund and will not return if your eating the grouper here at jz’s I would ask them about it???? The tilapia was fried so dry it was mush on the inside!!
