Just Salad

Showed up about 45min to an hour before closing. I Began to order my salad, get to the end and I notice it’s no tofu. I asked was there going to be any made? The employee looked confused and said she had to ask the manager. The manager seemed as tho she didn’t want to be bothered and that making the tofu was too much for her . So I left. Most likely won’t be retuning. Customer service is all over the place.

Update: got a different bowl and the rice was very hard as well as the chickpeas.. hmm This photo is after I mixed it in but honestly my first time trying this place and the spicy tofu crunch is the best salad I ever had in my life so far… found my new fav salad place!

At first, I thought this was going to be a 1 star review and I would never go back based on my initial experience as a first time guest, but it ended up being much better. I ordered ahead online and the food was ready by the stated time, and the food was really good (I got the Strawberry Banana Smoothie and the Chipotle Cowboy with Beyond Chicken Salad). The portion size is also good you’ll definitely be full after. The only downside was the pricing; the salad was $12 and the smoothie $6.
