Jumbo Seafood 珍寶軒

We have been to this place about 5 times in the past two months. Experiences are worsened every time. Peking duck was burnt, and we didn't get a replacement till our meal was all finished. Two of the waiters there seem to have no clue of what they are doing. We asked for a fork, not brought to our table for more than 10 minutes till we had to go grab one by ourselves. Most importantly, our stomachs massed up every time we ate there.

Have had the pleasure of ordering catering from Jumbo's Seafood for my baby sprinkle over the weekend. Easy ordering, easy pickup and absolutely Delicious as always. We had a mix variety of foods from American, Soul food and Chinese. All the food was gone at the end of the party, not a bit left hahaha. As to be a expected, the food from Jumbo's did not disappoint, was hot and flavorful, of great value and I've had many ask for introduction to restaurant, I'm sure we'll see a lot of friends and family when we visit in near future. Wish I had ordered more for myself as I was busy hosting but we'll be going tonight to dine in. Can't wait!! See y'all there ☺️

Place seemed clean and decent, but that was not the case. We were given dirty utensils, the tea & food had black stuff in it, (the tea is also not free like it used to be & they give it out like it is), and the lemons were rotten. Above all, the reason for the 1 star is how me & my girlfriend were completely ignored since we got in. No one greeted us until we got their attention, then we ordered & that order seemed to have been forgotten. I’m a former server so I know things can get hectic but this place is small so we were right where the server can see us. He even walked past us with food that belonged to tables that came 30 minutes after us! I think we were disregarded because we were the only non-Asian people in that restaurant & they are probably racist. We felt unwelcome and uncomfortable. After an hour, food came and it was terrible not worth the wait and terrible customer service. Pork dumplings, wonton noodle soup, pork buns, all trash. The only decent food was the shrimp lo m
