Juliette's Bistro

This was the worst place ever there Ribeye steak was horrid and couldn't even cut it for $39 the steak it better melt in pieces and be like butter! Ribeye is supposed to be a tender cut! Absolutely disgusting! And I ordered med well got raw that's not a Ribeye that's completely ridiculous you should be ashamed of yourself!

I really do love this place. Nestled inside The Marriott in Downtown Jacksonville (formally the Omni) is this sweet place called Juliette’s. I have watched this establishment go from a 4 star high end feasting delight to a run of the mill typical hotel eatery and back again. I really enjoyed our pricey but worth it meal before a show with my family. The waitress was green … but helpful and willing to try. I knocked it down to 4 stars for two reasons. First we arrived about 15 minutes early and we were not allowed to sit in the bar area and enjoy a drink until the restaurant opened. I say this as I had almost made earlier reservations from their app and if I had we would have still been standing in front of their door. Second my daughter has a strawberry allergy and mentioned this before ordering to our server. She wrote in all caps no strawberries and her meal was served with.. strawberries. Her meal had to be returned and remade (which we believe they did so cudos to them) and we had

Worst experience I have ever had. We asked for water three times and it never came. We finally had to ask the host for some water. I ordered a chicken omelet with NO cheese. 45 minutes later I asked if my omelette was ever coming out. 15 minutes after that, my omelette came out and it was ONLY cheese. I gave up on the omelette and headed for the buffet. The eggs were watery and everything else was empty. The manager was roaming around like he was lost and our waitress was clueless. The most helpful person there was the host.
