Juanita Mexican Restaurant

We had Margaritas on the rocks! One of the best Margaritas I’ve had in a very long time! I usually just opt for a shot and a small glass of ice, but this Margarita was not mixy at all. The Guacamole was delicious. We had tamales, chili Reno and a barbaco beef taco Mexican style!!! The service was great. It did take a little time to get our food but it was hot and amazingly good so worth the wait! We visit Columbus often and will definitely be back!!!

TL;DR good place for authentic Mexican food. After many visits .. I dig the carne asada, that's my usual. Good stuff and service is always good. Taco Tuesday is a bargin deal, try the al pastor. Skip the B+ Torta and go with the burrito or carna asada fajitas. 2nd visit (2016)-- almost as good as the first, steak was the best, followed by barbacoa, then carnita, and chicken is unknown .. Delicious fresh authentic Mexican.. I've only eaten here once as they've only been open for 2 weeks but the barbacoa tacos were very good. My wife had the steak quesadilla and had only positive things to say, especially the freshness. The guacamole was layered with flavors as are the house sauces, a must try. A few minor logistical hiccups they need to iron out but after speaking with the owner(she checked on everyone), ill sure theyll do fine. $23 for 2 entrees, chips+guac, orange soda. Try this place if you can. Patron since 2016.

Customer service left something to be desired. The waitress was not only rude and flippant but took her time getting anything. The saving grace was the food was excellent and enjoyed a nice frozen margarita as well. So, as long as you don’t except any kind of service I’d recommend it.
