JR'S Jamaican Jerk#2 (Calumet Park)

Man when I first started going here the jerk chicken tacos were excellent. I purchase one recently and it was terrible. Surprised I had my wife purchase another one 2 weeks later and it was terrible. It seems they have resulted in keeping left over chicken in the freezer then reheat it on the grill adding additional seasoning drying it out even more. We have decided to stop going all together. This place started off with promise. The lighting was good, the place was clean and smelled clean. How badly it has fallen off. The same excellence from opening day should've remained til today.. We try to patronize our B.O.B stop assuming we'll settle for anything.

Was in the mood for Brown Stew Chicken. They have great Brown Stew Chicken and really good sides. The jerk chicken was also good but u went for the Brown Stew Chicken and was very happy with my meals

Pleasant surprise on my last trip here. The cabbage and plantains were delicious the chicken was moist. Complete 180 from previous visits. The young lady who waited on me was Pleasant and knowledgeable. Highly recommend going back.
