Everything was prepared to perfection. Bartender was extremely helpful and gracious. Enjoyed the food and drink. The place filled up at the end of the night and the bartender handled it like a pro. Full bar area at 9:30pm and she made sure everyone was taken care of with a smile. My wife was extremely happy we were able to try your establishment before we left NOLA. Hope to be back again soon.
Let me start by saying I've lived in New Orleans for almost 6 years and this used to be one of my favorite restaurants EVER. However, I seriously cannot think of a single worse experience in this city than the brunch I attended today. First, the tables and chairs are absolutely falling apart. There were 3 tables unbussed around us and it was unpleasant. However, we were willing to look past it as we usually enjoy the food. Ordering off the brunch menu, it was inedible. The side of avocado we were served was COMPLETELY ROTTEN. The griddled bread with my eggs in purgatory was not only burnt, but it sat out so long it was soft and soggy. The poached eggs were COLD in the middle and the arrabiata sauce was also clearly just cold, canned tomato. Paid over $100 with a bottle of wine to eat two pieces of soggy, bur
The food was ridiculously good! Everything was mouth watering, cooked to perfection, and really unique. I’d also recommend to affogato desert-one of the best I’ve ever had. Where they lose points was our service. The waiter, while nice enough, was lacking proper training and kept making small mistakes that distracted us from our meals. One of those things was not to tell us that the tip was already included in the bill—luckily we checked before paying. Overall, worth going to simply for how good the food is.
