Best salad bar in Ohio! Not 2 but 4 hot soup choices! Way to go, Jordan's!

Ordered delivery. The food was cold by the time I got it. I ordered the roast beef dinner and mashed potatoes. The roast beef was so dry it was inedible and the mashed potatoes were instant. The matza ball soup wasn't closed properly so it spilled all over the bag. They also forgot the order of mozzarella sticks. After complaining they did refund the forgotten item. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

My first clue to a bad experience should have been the empty parking lot at 4:30 pm! My husband and I were the only customers and it still took almost 45 minutes to get served. He ordered breaded perch which was hard as a rock. Mashed potatoes were instant, but he liked the corn. My beef tips with noodles was a good sized portion and tasted good to me. The salad bar was a joke as there were hardly any toppings. All 4 mayonnaise salads were brown and dry. I tried a 3 bean salad with Italian dressing and it tasted rancid. The best thing there was the waitress who appeared embarrassed and apologized numerous times for the "new cook". Don't waste your money here.
