Actually surprised at all the good reviews from Koreans. Maybe it was better before covid? Food was far less appetizing than expected. I would have been much better off making bibimbop myself…
The food at Joon's was very fresh and delicious. They don't use any MSG and so it tasted a lot different from a lot of restaurant fare that you might get these days. If you're in Clear Lake you should definitely check it out. Scrumptious!
The food was really good! The vegetables were fresh and crisp. The portions were quite large; I think I'm going to get 3 meals out of my bulgolgi bimbop. This place really hit the spot. It is nice to have a Korean place on this side of town. Plus, they have a lot of nice plants inside that make the place feel vibrant and cozy.
