Johnny's New York Style Pizza

I have ordered pizza from this location many, many times but usually for delivery . Unfortunately I went with pick-up today and experienced really bad customer service. I didn't want to believe it was racial but after asking for an explanation, receiving the negative response from the staff and reading online reviews of so many other black customers' experiences, I accept that it likely is. When I entered the store, the cashier who is young Hispanic girl started to cash me out but was interrupted by the old Asian lady. There was a white man who entered the store after me and the Asian lady literally stopped the Hispanic cashier from checking me out to begin helping the white man. No one said "we will be right with you" or "please wait a moment" or anything. After finishing up his order, the girl came back to me and automatically said "Sorry about that." The slices are ok, but I also got a chicken and cheese calzone and I'm beyond disappointed. Lets start with appearance, i wish i could upload the pic. Its a big slab of bread that was cut in such a sloppy way. There was barely anything inside, and the sauce bitter and gross. Its like a child was playing in the kitchen. Now i have to spend more money on food. Because of this I'll never go back, I'll take the drive to Vinnys midtown instead. And i didn't go back because i see the comments on how they treat black customers, and i TURN UP over things i pay for, now it makes sense why my name wasn't on my order and it looked liked trash. I am a pizza lover. When I say this pizza is so good my gosh. I went in all most at closing time they took my order and was very kind and friendly. They even made suggestions to my order. Love this place...
