3+1/2???? The calamari was good, my wife's shrimp scampi was also good. My steak sandwich was tender and flavorful. Big disappointment was the asiago potatoes. Now, I'm a pretty good cook, as a matter of fact better than many. I've cooked all over the place. Those potatoes were terrible, they were watery, they had no flavor, and just the asiago was not enough to save them. So, two forks full and that's it. My wife had the blueberry cocktail, she really enjoyed it. But the most disappointing thing was, our waiter was just not a friendly individual. He seemed not to want to interact much, he wasn't attentive, and didn't smile! Which is okay, he didn't get an excellent tip either. There were about three tables full of people in the entire building, and he still was not that attentive to our table. As you can see, from all of my reviews, I don't penalize the food because of the waiter. Those are two separate and distinct issues. And I doubt if the waiter would have changed my review as far
Ordinarily I’d try to contact the restaurant first before leaving a bad review. Unfortunately they don’t list any contact info besides a phone number. Sat at the bar and ordered a Cobb salad, no blue cheese (allergic to blue cheese). Salad arrives. Big and bursting with sauteed chicken, avocado, bacon… take a bite and there’s blue cheese. Inform server, vomit in bathroom, and wait for replacement. She apologizes a couple of times. 2nd salad comes 15m later. Chunks of chicken that seem boiled or something. Definitely not sautéed. 1 small piece of avocado. Almost no bacon. Unripe Tomatoes are cut into giant hunks. It’s As if the salad came from a completely different restaurant. Seriously. The only thing that was the same was the plate. At this point I’m not going to send it back. I eat it and meekly give the thumbs up every time the server comes around. Bill comes. Full price for everything. I pay, tip my 20% (because I’m industry) and leave. I won’t return. Kind of ruined my night whic
This is our go to date night spot when we don’t know where or what we want to eat. I love that the chef is always adding new specials or making things that are in season! We love the ambience inside or even on the patio it’s just a wonderful place to visit.
