Johnny Rockets

I stood at the kiosk for over 10 minutes. The staff just kept walking past me. I watched as four staff were just standing together talking and laughing. I had to stop one staff so they would acknowledge me. he sat me at a table that was not clean. There were 11 open tables. Where I was sitting I could see the fries cook. He was eating fries as he was cooking them. He was also using his cell phone while cooking. All while wearing the same black gloves. My meal came . The burger was about a 1/3 smaller then before. This was one of the worst meals I have ever had at Johnny Rockets. My server was nice but very cold. She did not seem to be very knowledgeable with the menu. I have visited this restaurant many times . It has really gone down hill.

First time in its downstairs location which would explain how long it's been since I've been here. Took about 10 minutes to get to us to take our order and it felt like we were a bit ignored at the beginning. Ordered chili cheese TOTS with crumbled bacon and a root beer. Received fries, not tots BUT we accepted them anyways. Absolutely delicious. Bro got a shake and I got a root beer, both great for what they were. This is a resort but prices were surprisingly low despite it. Minus their slow response at the start and the tots vs. fries mistake, it was really good and I recommend it.

10/22/22 Visit: Family friendly and open atmosphere, updated 50’s diner decor. Tina was an amazing waiter and food was attempted imitation of In&Out; but way more expensive. Recommend for date night or friends outing. There are better burger places in Reno.
