I made an order and called and spoke to the receptionist and she said my order was on the way. I then called again when it was taking longer than usual. She then proceeded to call the delivery person and they said that a order was delivered already. Which it was because my cousin ordered earlier. Then she says your order was canceled but yet they charged my card. I told her why did they cancel my order when they charged my card. The lady proceeded to say the kitchen is closed you will get you money back. It is a Friday night everyone that knows banks knows that I will not get my money until Monday the earliest but it also depends on the bank. This was not a cheap order either. So now I am out of money until whenever my bank decides to give it back. The receptionist was extremely rude, was not accommodating at all! Didn’t offer anything because they canceled my order yet charged my card. Even though I placed the order online before they closed.if you want a restaurant that doesn’t accom
Just ordered a chicken parmesan Alfredo from Joe pizza and it come to me all dried and with just fried chicken. An when I called to tell them about it they were telling me. That they are not refunding me. Extremely disappointed
This is a great pizza place. Good food warm people, and fair prices.
