Chicken parm and fettuccine Alfredo. Everyone knows this is the place to go if you want Italian food. Been coming here since 1997. Never disappoints.

RUDE Service. The food is good but todays experience was not. Have been coming here for years. I have NEVER been to a restaurant that DEMANDED a tip to the point of the server telling my niece and her husband that they HAD to leave a tip or they would add it themselves (to the card)...(ILLEGAL by the way). We DID tip by the way...Also was basically told they charge for rolls if you get more than one when they used to give them to you (and extra if you wanted) with your order and NEVER charged...give me a break. Wont be returning any time soon. If i spend $$$$$ or $, the service is what earns the tip, not the price of the food. If you want tips, give service. If you come in with a large party, they expect tips from everyone that is paying in the party apparently.(instead of a large tip from the whole table).

I have been coming to the Keller and Watauga locations for almost 20 years. I always come with my wife and 2 boys. It's THE spot. I do want to address some of the comments I've read. First, they have never charged for extra rolls. Second, I've also never been treated poorly or rudely by any server from these two locations and the entire staff has always shown attentiveness and respect every time my wife and I come in, and they always involve the kiddos. They remember our faces every time and greet with so many smiles and, "How are you guys?!" We consider the staff as extended family after growing a good repore. They take away plates to offer room. Its weird energy for customers to complain about that and twist it as a means to feel rushed to eat. If you offer them respect, they will go above and beyond to show you the same. I know for a fact they wouldn't be disrespectful unless they were treated rudely first, and that's valid. Customer service will depend on how you treat the workers.
