All I can say is wow the flavor, the amount, the customer service is all top notch! Our server name was Mya and she was nothing short of amazing she made sure we wanted for nothing, and answered each and every question without hesitation!!! We had so much food we were able to bring it home. We complimented the owner and her smile melted the room she's so humble! I would definitely recommend and will be going back soon. Thanks for a wonderful time. Btw we took our baby here for her Sweet 16th Birthday and she was all smiles!! Her head really never came up from her platter lbs.

Wouldn’t even give them a 1 star but that’s the lowest available. We arrived at 7pm it took an hour to get our chips and salsa, several tables who came in after us got their entire meal and left before we had our appetizer. we asked for a manager 3 times, our waitress said they were behind due to being busy, our food finally came at 9pm our order was incomplete, cold and those that got food it was soggy as if reheated . The manager came out and said the printers were down. Instead of coming out and telling us what the issue was after a hour or before they all had excuses. They were generous enough to just charge us for just our drinks. More than likely the ticket was lost and instead of being apologetic the staff made excuses. We come every year to Pensacola and usually rave about all the the food but sorry worst experience on the island! Save your time and skip thus place!

Unfortunately the last few times I have went to support this establishment, the food was sub par. The seafood broil bag crab & shrimp combo was under seasoned and I requested level 2 and it was simply just butter and lemon sauce. The crab legs (I mean broken legs) they gave me were very disappointing. I already overlook the unfriendly gentleman that takes the orders each time, but to spend money for anything these days is a lot when you are not satisfied with the purchase. I went back to Cajun crab house in Merrillville Indiana due to this. A total shame. Great lemonade though.
