Food is great. Service is horrible. Hours of operation are not accurate online. Their excuse for this is “They are busy.” Service is very slow I’ve waited over an hour for food when told 30 mins for pickup. Tried patronizing them to my office building received over 20 lunch orders for their wonderful BBQ. Called all week from 12pm - 12:30pm no answer. Someone called back at 1:25pm to take my order. My office had already done business elsewhere. I was just overall so disappointed in the business I LOVE their food and that they’re BLACK OWNED. I am not discrediting their food or people their are great. However, business is business and their service needs major improvement. Just receive a voicemail from JoAnn’s BBQ that was once again a PERSONAL APOLOGIZE (family death, sick, covid and etc.) understood business is business and this is why I leave business reviews Thank you, Megan Renee

The worst beef ribs I had in my life !! It’s literally like they took all the meat off the bones and gave them to me .. plus I drove 30 miles round trip to get my food and was highly disappointed with the quality and quantity

Restaurant I use to patronize growing up in the 60's and 70's. Brought back good memories and the food is still good.
