If I could give zero stars I would My family went to the Joliet Location and FELL IN LOVE so for our Sunday with Family we wanted to try the one in Bolingbrook because its closer. ENTIRELY different experience. We got Gizzards , chicken strips, tilapia, and Catfish all were dry like jerky, the fries were black and cold, and the bread was moldy. I am never picky I love food and eat it all but this I couldnt even bite through ???? I'll stick to the Joliet Location.
Had a taste for catfish and thought you could not go wrong with J and J, but I was terribly wrong. This fish was day old, stale, and double fried, 2 orders of large cat fish in the garbage, do not go here at all!!!! Worst experience in the world, especially in this day and age where money is important, don’t waste it!!!
Always have a great experience with this place, food is 1000% delicious
