Our first time. Been hearing a lot about it. The food here was really good. We live in Dallas, GA and waited so long to go because of the ride but my nephew who lives up the street begs his mom and dad every week to go to JJ's. We finally went yesterday and was very impressed. Not many places still serve whole wings. My only suggestion is to check your order before leaving. So many people coming through, some plares might not make it to the bag. Looking forward to going again. A lot of the bad reviews I'm reading are about the way the place looks, missing food, or bad service. Duh, you're going to the hood in most cases, what do you expect. Almost none of the bad reviews said anything about how good the food was. I myself don't care about how the chairs are stacked on a table or how much paper on the floor and how condiments were labeled. I'm not eating there anyway. Don't ever come when they first open your going to get the chicken from last night I was just there at 11am I got home chicken was to hard to chew and it tastes like old grease smh
The inside of this store is so nasty. The Asian worker was rude and abrupt. But it's JJ's! So we had to try it. Nope! Never again! My fish was fried correctly and taste good but after about 30 minutes, there was an after taste. Maybe the oil was old. I should have walked out as soon as I saw how nasty and stinky it was. This is by far the worst j&j chicken and fish in the city.
