JINYA Ramen Bar - Alpharetta

Table service restaurant in a shopping center downtown Alpharetta. Even though they were very busy, the staff was fast and friendly. Ramen is very trendy at the moment and this restaurant is exceptional. If you enjoy ramen this is a must try.

Best ramen I’ve ever had! Everything tasted so fresh and I asked the waiter and everything is made in house! (Including ramen and the broth) the waiter was also outstanding she kept checking on us and made sure everything was great! So impressed, keep up the good work.

Ordered on postmates (Uber) Which I have done multiple times. I understand that it’s not going to be as good as It would be if you were in the restaurant. But I was very specific with this order and really thought they would come through. If it well allow me to add photos then I will but the noodles were stuck together even after reheating like they came out of a package from the grocery store, the broth barely covered the noodles and the shrimp and chicken were very soggy which I did expect but it just added to the other negatives. I asked for fresh garlic which is a normal thing and that didn’t show up either. Instead of to port pieces there was only one and I could go on but I don’t see the point. This was just super disappointing from an upscale Ramen restaurant That is close to my home and I have given plenty of business to you in the past.
