A Persian food restaurant that is actually a mix of traditional Persian and Arabic, with food such as hummus and tabbouleh. I ordered Kashk o Bademjan, a hot eggplant-based paste that was bland and a Salmon Kabob, baked salmon with bismati rice. The Persian food I ate in Iran is very rich in spices many of which are typical of Iran.A bit expensive.
We stopped here to have a quick lunch after our flight to LAX since it is bear to the airport. Firstly, the place was too hot… We asked them to turn on the AC but this request was deckined by giving an illogival reason of weather outside. Since we were the only customer. After a while when few more people came in the AC was turned on like magic Vola! Now lets come to food. The kebabs were okayish and the herb soup was alright. The lamb shank is not upto the mark. The wine comes with a fly in it. ???? And bakhlava is also nit one of the best. Definitely not recommended.
Stopped by Jinos after landing in LA to appease our craving for kebabs, was pleasantly surprised how tasty the food was, especially the Shashlik (lamb ribs). Owner was also very courteous and welcoming, good spot for a casual meal.
