We ordered 2 sandwiches from Westmont location, the bill was 44.00 and I have to say I will NEVER do it again. There was nothing on the sandwich’s!!! I will never order from there again!! The worst

Food was delivered with a strong cigarette smoke smell- Melissa, the GM did not seem to care & was not helpful. Location needs a better GM & delivery drivers that respect customers food. There are much better JJ’s out there. Avoid this location

Me and my coworkers usually order from here multiple times throughout the week however, today I had the worst experience and will not be ordering from here again. I placed an order that said it would be delivered at 11:30 with specific delivery instructions so the driver did not get confused. Around 11 I get a call that blt couldn’t be made due to them being out of bacon so I changed my order and allowed more time for the order to be delivered. I got a notification that the order was complete a couple minutes later. However, I still did not have my order. So I gave them a call and they said that the delivery turns to complete after they assign a driver but assured me my order was on its way. About an hour passed and I gave them another call regarding the whereabouts of my order. The employee stated that the delivery guy left at 11:31 and she had no clue what was taking him so long but said he was a very “slow” driver at this time it is 12:46.
