Jimmy John's is one of my favorite places to get a sub sandwich. Been here a few times and I am never disappointed. Fast, fresh and delicious. Parking: It's at the mall.... Tons of parking Wheelchair accessibility: Most definitely Dietary restrictions: Unless you're allergic to flavor, you're good

Poor customer service and the sandwiches were poor quality for the price. When I swiped my card to pay, the white cashier just walked away. No communication or receipt. They called out number "58" I looked at my husband and wondered if that was us. Then they called out the sandwich numbers. He said, "I think those are our sandwiches. Hopefully, no one else ordered the same sandwiches. " I walked over to grab them and told the white lady that she should give the customer the receipt or receipt number. She said you already know your sandwich number, and you get your receipt after your sandwiches are made. I said good customer service requires communication. Especially if the customer is hearing impaired. The black lady says you should already know your sandwich number. Then, the dorky white guy says the sandwich numbers are on the signs. His response had nothing to do with my feedback. The bread was hard, the sandwich had more lettuce than meat, and more condiments that lettuce.

Took 10-15 minutes to get my sandwich, not because it wasn’t done… but because no one announced my name or number to come over and grab it. Get to my car and the bread is rock hard (bread isn’t supposed to be crunchy I don’t think). They made me another one. Would’ve appreciated some chips or a drink or something since I waited 15 minutes for a terrible sandwich, seemed like no one cared at all lol. Worst JJ experience Edit: the second sandwich had the same issue. Went back in and asked for a refund and return the sandwich - no food for me. Another customer walked up to me and said ‘I’d suggest you ask for more than a refund because they were bad mouthing you the second you walked out.’ Your employees are openly bad mouthing customers with valid grievances for other patrons to hear - enough for your patrons to pull me aside and tell me. Is this how JJ is represented? 2:00 pm on august 11th, all three employees. I expect to hear back.
