Jimmy John's

I have never had worse service from any sandwich place, or any other Jimmy John’s location then here. Had to repeat my order three times?!? Out of French bread?!? In the drive thru for 20 min for one sandwich with only one car ahead of me?!? I almost NEVER give bad reviews but this is the 3rd time I’ve ended up with a poor experience at this location…at least they got my order right this time…thus the 2nd star. Something needed to be said.

I love Jimmy John's! They are super fast and the sandwiches are always good! I went really lunch time and was the only customer in there and the staff was being super loud while I was in there. There was a girl that was maybe the manager that was kinda ignoring everyone and doing her own thing, but she did not seem like she wanted to be there.

Friday the 13th!! Ran out of the house to grab a quick sandwich. I get to Jimmy John’s, place my order and as I was almost to the window realized I grabbed the wrong purse. No cards, license or phone. I get to the window and ask the order taker to save my sandwich while I ran home to get my wallet. She said I’ll take care of it for you! I was shocked. No one ever does that. So Cudos to Hailee. She’s awesome! Thank You Hailee.
