They dropped the ball on my online order. Place it before noon, got a confirmation and NOTHING. Called the store-no answer. It's 5:30 pm now and my order is "out for delivery". This happened a few months ago as well- so twice. So this IS how they roll and according to the comments this happens A LOT. My suggestion is to hire technical support that is capable of fixing this problem. You've had plenty of time.

I have been to this restaurant 3 times. The first time there was a hand-written sign over the drive through speaker that said "closed early". Today there was 1 poor employee taking orders, making sandwiches, working the drive thru, taking deliveries, etc. She was doing a heroic job but I still waited in the drive thru for 20+ minutes (it was not busy).

Please don’t support these thieves at all. Ordered online months ago and my order never got delivered. I called the store about 4 times a week for over a month and nobody would answer the phone. Still haven’t received a refund of any kind. Don’t give them your business!
