Jimmy John's

The Jimmy John's on Harlem in Palos Heights is absolutely amazing! I thought they messed up my order so I called and spoke with the manager. Not only he didn't question me but he took care of the problem. However, when I went home I found out that I was actually the only who messed up!!! I was the one who made the mistake. So I called the manager back and apologized and he was absolutely gracious about it. He laughed and understood how I could have messed up. I can't believe I did that but not only the order was made perfectly to EXACTLY what I requested, but they were so nice to me when I made the mistake. I was really grateful for how nice they were. If I can give them 100 stars, I would. But guys! Look at this #5 Vito!!!!

As good of quality and price as any other Jimmy Johns, when I order ahead I usually have no issues on my food being ready before I arrive at the store. I’m not sure if it’s an issue with the app or not but this location, when I order pick up from the app, usually does not have any or much of a chip selection available, which is disappointing.

We ordered food and waited an hour to receive it. After calling we were told it would come as soon as they could. The delivery girl called and gave us attitude and told us she was knocking for ten minutes and she was leaving it outside. We were sitting right by the front door and she did not knock at all and when we opened the door the bag was on its side like she threw it there. Thank you for that :)
