We placed our order on the app. Over 1/2 hour later the app was still showing order received however not out for delivery. I simply called up to the store to ask and was faced with nothing but attitude. Fast forward 15 minutes later when the order got here, the driver gave me someone else's order.... thankfully I was able to catch her. She gave me what I thought to be the right order. Got the box in side and noticed we were missing all 4 bags of chips and the cookie we had ordered and paid for. Supposedly the chips were going to be sent 'right'.... we're still waiting. And now no one really wants them. This really isn't about the chips, it's about the over all experience. From the first call to delivery absolutely horrible. HOWEVER every time we've gone to the store we've had a great experience. Wonder why they can't get deliveries right. Not the first time we've had problems with delivery from this location.

Not sure of the ladies name who delivers on Saturdays, but she is awesome. Always kind and always brings the dog a small piece of bacon.

I literally work 1/4 a mile from you building but we are a very busy clinic and I can’t always get time to run and get food. And every time I’ve ordered something for delivery you guys for get a part of my order. Today I didn’t get chips, the time before that my drink. I order with you guys frequently and this is just not ok when I’m that close to the store!
