Jimmy John's

This location is about 1/4 mile from my work, I called after a half hour of waiting for my sandwich and was very rudely told it will get there when it gets there, overall it took 40 minutes to get my food

I ordered a sandwich for pickup at 2:45. I was with a client which took longer than expected and didn't pick my sandwich up until 3:30 to find out they closed at 3:00. There was a sign on the door and a person looking out at me who saw that I was frustrated. Called once I was back at the office and I was told that I should have picked up my sandwich when said I would. She told me the door wasn't lock and she was waiting for me. She said she could not refund my money because they were closed. She said she didn't understand why I was upset. I asked to talk to a manager and she said she was the manager. I asked her who the general manager was and she said Heather but didn't know her last name or contact information. I work across the street and my company orders a lot of sandwiches from this Jimmy Johns. I only want my money refunded. I gave this review one star only because I couldn't submit my review with clicking on a star. Unbelievable!

Just ordered curbside pickup and paid for my food. I live 2 blocks away. Nobody was here and the store was closed early. 1 star because 0 is not possible.
