Bad service. I had to use the restroom, and I needed to purchase something with a minimum of $10, if this is how they treat a potential patron, I will not be returning. A few restaurants do want you to purchase something, which is understandable, but a minimum of $10 is ridiculous. They called the police and had me trespassed from their restaurant

Ordered online it took over an hour to get my sandwich I'm about a mile from the store. Then the sandwich was wrong missing three items no napkin not cut in half all the things they make you fill out online. It got here so late store was closed. Called next day talked to niko who could not care in the least. He said he talked to the person who made the sandwich and it was right omg no it was not it was nasty not even cold by time it got here and missing tomatoes hot peppers lettuce and onion but all niko could say was it was right. No I'm sorry nothing. I asked for manager oh of course no manager there he hung up on me I called back he then said that I would have had to call last night it got here 45 minutes after they were closed. Then he said you should have called first thing in morning well I was at medical appt from 6am till afternoon I called soon as I got home. Still no apology he was so rude said he was third in command from manager like he thought he was a big CEO or something

I’m such a horrible sandwich shop. I asked for mustard on one side of the bread and mayonnaise on the other side of the bread and then they gave me mustard in a plastic cup. When I explained to the cashier what happened they told me they can’t customize sandwiches so they’re not allowed to put mustard on one side and then he’s on the other side. What a horrible place.
