Food was ok, but the staff looked depressed and literally forgot to put meat on one of our sandwiches. This is what you get from a heartless chain.
This was my first time trying Jimmy John's and was also the first time for my friend who dined with me as well. She had the tuna and I got the #9. Everything INSIDE my sandwich was Fantastic, the bread however WAS NOT! It was like trying to chew a rubber band, tasted about the same. I wasn't a big fan of the chip selection either. But I can Officially say I have tried there and my friend I both agree.... WE WILL NOT BE GOING BACK EVER!! NO THANK YOU!!
Ordered a veggie. With oil and vinegar. Halfway thru I realize there’s no avocado. Tell them I don’t think there’s avocado or oil and vinegar on my sandwich. JJ rep tells me there’s oil and vinegar but no avocado and do I want any avocado? No apology. Weird that you know you didn’t put it on there as I am still sitting here eating the sandwich. Why wouldn’t u put it on there? Glad I stayed here to eat and leave my experience.
