I have not gotten my delivery in under 2 hours the last 4 times I have ordered. I am obviously pretty understanding since I have let it happen 4 times.

Went here at 825 pm, they are supposed to be open until 9. All the lights were off in the dining room, but two guys were in there working. Went through the drive thru, sat there for 5 min with no one talking, tried to call, no one answered, then I Drive up to the window and they act like they can’t see me! Worst customer service I’ve experienced in a long time.

Ordered a sandwhich before work, got to work and saw 1. they forgot mayo (which I asked for) and 2. The ham was very pale looking and extremely fatty with tendons. I called the store in which I talked to the manager, he was not polite and has very poor customer service. I told him about my sandwhich and asked if they could make a new one or if I could get a refund. He said he would not make me a new one as that would be “discrimination to other customers if you get good meat and they get bad meat.” Which I said that’s fine, then I will take a refund because I am not eating this and he did do so (with an attitude). However the Grimes location had this happen once and they delivered me a brand new sandwhich without me even asking. I’ll stick to the grimes one and never do business at the Johnston location going forward.
