Good sandwiches but need to work on online orders. Why do I need to wait longer when order was placed online as opposed to walking in??? 3 customers get their orders while I'm waiting. Then I say I'm here to pick up my order, then they start making it??
I went through the drive through last evening and took a second to decide and when I told the employee I needed a minute I hear him sighing loudly then laughing. I ordered the number 12 with no tomatoes and no Mayo with chips and a sprite. When they handed me my food I got something completely different with salami on it. I talked to the manager, a girl with dark hair and she told me that’s what I ordered and gave me lots of attitude when I asked for what I ordered. Very bad experience never going back there.
I ordered my sandwich online through here and got disgusting wilted lettuce, stale bread, and hardly any tuna. My pickle looked old and gross as well.
